We can supply your digitised files back in many formats and deliver them on CD/DVD, fully encrypted hard drives or by FTP and in some cases we can even upload them directly on to your chosen operational platform. Our server-based system is the DocXP electronic document management system software. This provides a fully searchable and managed digital operation platform that can be installed on to your servers. This can be done at your premises remotely in the evenings when offices are quietest or closed, resulting in minimal disruption to ongoing operations. We also provide FREE onsite staff training on the operation of the system.
